It never feels like a cheap cash in but it's certainly lacking the heart and quality of the feature length films. The Halloween/Terror theme is abandoned half way through for a weaker retread of Toy Story 2. There are also some unfortunate problems with the animation such as not being able to tell if the lizard is real or a toy because there is no distinction in style.
